Lauren Grant Design is a full-service residential design firm, which focuses on residential projects and boutique style commercial spaces. Our mission is to approach each project with a personalized vision, we commit to designing spaces that are a true reflection of the clients living in them. THE PROCESS

STEP ONE: ON SITE CONSULTATION

All projects begin with an on-site meeting that is intended to provide a full overview of the scope and
mandate of the job for the designer. This meeting gives the client an opportunity to review
any questions regarding the design process, contract, budget, etc with the designer.

STEP TWO: RECEIPT OF RETAINER & COMMENCEMENT OF PROJECT

After reviewing the scope of project and design costs the client will sign document along with a retainer to begin the design process.

STEP THREE: SURVEY & FINAL CRITERIA MEETING

Lauren Grant Design evaluates the condition of the space and takes and records measurements. If the project involves
construction, plans are reviewed and meetings held with the architect and builder to ensure that all functional and stylistic requirements will be met.

STEP FOUR: PRESENTATION

We present a comprehensive design plan that includes floor plans, photos, fabrics, paint samples, 
materials samples, and other sources of inspiration. Depending on the scale of the project this presentation may be held as one
meeting or over a series of meetings. Lauren Grant Design will make adjustments based on client feedback and form a final design plan.

STEP FIVE: IMPLEMENTATION

Upon approval and payment, Lauren Grant Design begins ordering all the items while working diligently to ensure that
the project is on schedule. If the project involves construction and/or any sub - contractor work, we will make regular site visits and be available to answer questions.

STEP 6: INSTALLATION & ACCESSORIZING

Upon completion of construction and receipt of all furniture to the receiving warehouse, we manage the installation phase. 
The last layer of accessories, personal pieces, and art is installed with a our team of installers led by Lauren Grant.
